Orders will be delivered based on availability and location. Delivery timelines may vary.

5. Payments:

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI. All payments are processed securely.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by KESL Engineering & Construction and protected by copyright laws.

7. Prohibited Activities:

You may not misuse the app, hack, or interfere with its functions.

8. Termination:

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Liability:

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties.

10. Dispute Resolution:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
